1. Year round programming that is all encompassing.
Strength/lifts

2. Programming for in-season, off-season and youth
All programming is directly on our site once you sign-in
We offer programming that can carry through spring, winter and fall seasons
Older athletes have the option of in-season or off-season based on time of year
Essentially, off-season programming builds up for a few months and then re-starts with our initial phase again with new progressions and changes
In-season programming is 2-3 days per-week combining speed and strength that can be combined well with a full sports schedule
In-season programming ALSO provides an optional mobility/movement day and always gives an optional pre-game or practice ramp up speed session
Youth programming progresses year round and provides the BASICS and ESSENTIALS of all of the main aspects discussed above
It provides progressions and options for even the most inexperienced/young athletes
You also can access all past programs
Lastly, programs evolve as we try new things at our facility or make changes/updates to what we do
3. Video demos of EVERY single exercise
Every exercises in every program has a video demo in our video database
We currently have 550+ videos
All videos are labeled and organized into categories and have text cues
We add new videos every two weeks when we post new programs that contain new exercises
There is a fully functioning search bar to find exercises
All programs as of October 2023 have videos linked directly to the name of the exercise so you can easily click and watch
We will be adding a new "why," series where I will provide videos explaining how and why we do certain important exercises in the programs

Here, you can ask me any questions you have and seek guidance when you need it

I have produced 14 current long form audiobooks and add more as the months go by
These pair quite well with the written learning curriculum
